West Creek

Three years of experience with a Fintech company that specializes in user experience and customer service. My role included everything from completely refreshing the look and feel of the website and printed materials, to managing large-scale omnichannel B2B and B2B2C campaigns. Some highlights of my time with West Creek include:

Monthly Prospecting Campaigns

Ideated, developed, and implemented omnichannel campaigns that involved automated email and interstitial communication flows, web landing pages, and digital retargeting ads. Worked closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication with prospects and an effective transition from prospecting, to conversion, then retention.

Co-branded Digital Campaigns

A series of test campaigns with several of our key accounts. This involved ideation and presentation of the campaign concept to the C-level leadership team, communication with account reps and clients, managing and directing a digital marketing partner, and overseeing the creative development of the campaign assets.

Collateral Ordering System

Project management and direction of the creation of a marketing collateral ordering system for our sales representatives. I worked closely with our print partner to ensure several key use cases were incorporated and presented the system to our internal associates to ensure adoption.

Website Visual Refresh

Directed and oversaw a complete visual refresh of the West Creek website. Provided direction and design guidance during the development phase, then managed the site content after the refresh was complete. Wireframed, designed, and developed several informational and campaign-specific landing pages, and implemented digital retargeting campaigns for visitors of these pages.

Video Content

I developed several video assets that were both merchant and consumer-facing. I created a comprehensive training video that gave merchants a detailed walkthrough of our merchant portal, as well as a brief introductory video for customers who are unfamiliar with our product.
